Book your new boxed bike in with us, or get it delivered straight to us (let us know in the booking notes)
We will unpack and check all the parts are present and correct
We build and assemble your new bike, ready to be ridden safely as soon as it’s opened
We make sure
- all nuts and bolts are correctly torqued
- brakes are set up, and tested
- tyres are correctly inflated
- inspect all major mechanical components

If you’re a regular rider and look after your bike, this is for you either once or twice per year, depending on your mileage.

As per the Safety Check plus.
External adjustments to the Headset and Bottom Bracket where necessary.
Optimal tuning of the transmission system, including mech hanger alignment check.
Gear cables, brake cables and blocks replaced as necessary.
Hydraulic brake bleed is charged extra.

If your bike has not had any TLC for a while, or you are getting back into riding after a break and dragging that bike out of the shed or garage, then you should consider this service.

As above, but with all transmission components removed from the bike, degreased and cleaned.
All transmission components serviced or replaced as required.
All bearings checked and serviced.
Wheels trued as necessary.

This is for you if you are getting a long-neglected machine back to full running order or getting ready for that big event. Your bike will be taken back to a bare frame and all parts cleaned & lubed or replaced as necessary before reassembly.

Book a bike service – select your drop off date

Select an available date below. Each bike requires a separate booking to allow time for each bike. Getting your bike to us at the start of the day enables us to get it back to you as quickly as possible.

It would be great if you can drop your bike off in the morning – ideally between 9:00am and 10:00am
If these drop-off times are not feasible for you, please let us know in the ‘additional information’ field on the booking form when you’ll be dropping your bike off; you can drop your bike off the day before if that’s easier for you – please do check our opening times before you visit.
